This is a new product from the family of coaxial SPDs. Designed with the SMA 50Ω connectors and low voltage protection level it is in particular intended to be used as a coarse protection of input circuits of telecommunication receivers and output circuits of low-power transmitters (or combination of the two). It belongs to the ever expanding range of protection devices serving to provide comprehensive protection of telecommunication technologie (along with the protection of power supply and signal/data lines). Its parameters meet the strict criteria imposed on telecommunication networks running on frequencies up to 3.8 GHz.
