Integrated Management System Policy – SALTEK a.s.

SALTEK a.s., a Czech manufacturer and technology leader in surge protection, creates value for customers, employees, business partners, owners, and other stakeholders. We commit to meeting their relevant needs and expectations through an effective Integrated Management System (IMS).

The IMS covers quality management, occupational health and safety management, and environmental management. Its goal is to ensure the company's long-term prosperity, customer satisfaction, a safe working environment, environmental protection, and responsible business conduct.

  • We promote open communication and reporting of hazardous situations, incidents, and near-misses.
  • We develop employee competencies through regular education, training, and strengthening a responsible approach to safety.
  • We require a responsible approach to OHS from employees, suppliers, and business partners.

3. Environmental Protection and Sustainability

Management Commitment

Company management actively supports the Integrated Management System, ensures the resources needed for its operation and development, and regularly evaluates its performance, effectiveness, and contribution to the company's strategic management. Management commits to creating the conditions for fulfilling this policy and fostering a culture of quality, safety, responsibility, and continual improvement.

This policy provides a framework for setting the company's strategic and operational objectives. It is regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated to employees. It is binding for all employees of SALTEK a.s. and available to relevant stakeholders.
